This past week the Rigby East Stake Relief Society Presidency, of which I am a part, had the privilege of preparing and serving lunch to approximately 110 missionaries in the Pocatello Idaho Mission. They were having a mission conference (for half the mission) in our Stake Center and our presidency had the assignment of providing lunch. It was a great experience...and those missionaries have such a great spirit.
Of course, being in Idaho, we served a POTATO bar.
Sounds like so much fun. Did you know we have an elder serving in our ward from Rigby? His name is Elder Fillmore.
ReplyDeleteThe name does not sound familiar to me. But he could be from another stake - we have four stakes that comprise the "Rigby area." Cheryl only lives about 2-1/2 miiles from me, and is not only in a different ward but in a different stake too.
ReplyDeleteTell Elder Fillmore "hi" from Rigby.
